Yoga session
Join Freda for a blissful 2.5 hours of selfcare, healing and connection through yoga.
We will practice breathwork, yoga, and meditation, with a restorative savasana to truly drop into deep, healing relaxation. Together we will guide our attention inwards to contemplate on what Autumn’s shift mean for you. Come and enjoy this nurturing session to create a source of pause and peace within, to remember what you need to feel aligned with your values and truth.
Reflection & intention setting
We will reflect and journal on autumn-themed prompts, such as considering what our personal abundance from summer, who supported us with that and how we will thank them, how we will celebrate our abundance, and what seeds we will incubate (or release) over autumn. You will leave feeling grounded, clear in yourself, connected with your heart-wisdom, and with your cup full from connecting with lovely humans.
11:30-12:15 Nature’s medicine
We’ll then offer a masterclass on essential wellness to share more about a low/no tox lifestyle, and how to support you and your families wellness with the potent intelligence of nature through the winter months and beyond.
