1-on-1 yoga session
I can tailor a sequence to meet your specific needs. In a 1-on-1 session you have my undivided attention, which enables me to speak to where you’re at, to work with your personal edge, while you can ask questions at any time, providing a practice that is completely focused on you.
Group yoga
I’m a fan of guerilla yoga! Where there is a critical mass (aka group of friends) the collective energy of group yoga is the best buzz to start your day! Whether it’s 3 or 10 of you, get in touch and we can find a time.
Corporate yoga
Yoga is scientifically proven to relieve stress, and to leave us more balanced, calm & energised. A workplace that offers yoga also makes staff feel more connected and supported. Just 30 minutes of yoga can reset and recharge you for the day, as well as reducing RSI and back pain, and improving circulation, fitness, and affect (mood). Yoga shifts us into our parasympathetic nervous state (PNS), increasing circulation to our neocortex, where our best creative and strategic thinking happens! So, making time for yoga is excellent for work results too.
