Services

1-on-1 yoga session

A 1-on-1 session means my undivided attention focused on where you’re at - in your practice and in life. You choose what you want to work on, and enjoy a practice designed just for you.

A small gift for you: Full Body Flow (46min.)

This level 1-2 sequence is about bringing our awareness to our 'bandas' - the energy centres of the body. You’ll notice how physical groundedness brings a sense of emotional-mental groundedness also. (Recorded June 2022)

Group yoga

I’m a fan of guerilla yoga! Where there is a critical mass, the energy of group yoga magic. Whether it’s 3 or 10, get in touch!

Corporate yoga

The science is clear: yoga optimises humans. It reduces stress, rebalances our nervous system, calming and uplifting us.
20min of yoga can reduce RSI and back pain, and improve circulation, fitness, and mood.

Benefits of yoga at work:
- improving workplace culture by creating a sense of connection and support
- increasing circulation to our neocortex, where creative and strategic thinking and problem solving happen.
