Autumn yoga+oils reset | 3 May 2026

This mini-retreat is part of a series where we gather to pause, reflect on the shifts between seasons, and practice.

Every autumn, nature offers us a masterclass in letting go, and reminds us that when we can let go, we continue to evolve. This retreat takes its cue from the season, to notice what we're also ready to let go, and what we might grow through the next season.

This session will reflect Autumn’s teaching of exploring the shedding of old habits and preparing for the inward energy of winter. Autumn encourages balance, gratitude, and cultivating a secure foundation (Muladhara Chakra)

Expect movement that grounds you, stillness that opens you, and conversation that reminds you of the power of community:

This guided journey will include:
yoga
breathwork
meditation
deep relaxation in savasana
journaling & optional sharing with the group.

You will leave feeling reset, grounded, calm and clearer in your intentions for the coming season.

We will incorporate natures wisdom with essential oils throughout the morning, with their benefits and active properties explained at the end in an intro class that you’re welcome to stay for (with light healthy snacks and herb tea).

This retreat is about remembering the power of the pause, and the practice. Flow through a lovingly guided morning of breathwork, meditation, yoga, journaling prompts and some healthy kai and conversation to close. You’ll leave feeling grounded, more connected to self, to your intentions for the coming season, stronger in body and lighter in spirit, and uplifted from new practices and a warm, welcoming community.

9 - 11:30: yoga, meditation, breathwork and journaling

11:30 - 12pm: An intro to essential oils with Buffy Gill from BeGood Organics, and Freda Wells, along with healthy snacks and herb tea.

Yoga session
Join Freda for a blissful 2.5 hours of selfcare, healing and connection through yoga.

We will practice breathwork, yoga, and meditation, with a restorative savasana to truly drop into deep, healing relaxation. Together we will guide our attention inwards to contemplate on what Autumn’s shift mean for you. Come and enjoy this nurturing session to create a source of pause and peace within, to remember what you need to feel aligned with your values and truth.

Reflection & intention setting
We will reflect and journal on autumn-themed prompts, such as considering what our personal abundance from summer, who supported us with that and how we will thank them, how we will celebrate our abundance, and what seeds we will incubate (or release) over autumn. You will leave feeling grounded, clear in yourself, connected with your heart-wisdom, and with your cup full from connecting with lovely humans.

11:30-12:15 Nature’s medicine
We’ll then offer a masterclass on essential wellness to share more about a low/no tox lifestyle, and how to support you and your families wellness with the potent intelligence of nature through the winter months and beyond.
