Upcoming Retreats 2026/27

Reconnect & Restore Your mind, heart & soul

After a dreamy six day retreat in Fiji in 2025 in collaboration with wonderful Natalia, I am currently curating yoga retreat experiences for 2026/27, including:

  • a week-long Bali retreat (October 2026 exact dates tbc)

  • a shorter retreat here in Aotearoa (Nov 2026 or Jan 2027)

These retreat experiences are an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and create space for what fuels you - presence, connection, and inner steadiness.

I am committed to your enjoyment, and make all offerings optional, to allow you the space and luxury to ‘do you’ for a week, in a world that demands your energy and attention. I design my classes and retreats to offer classes and practices that blend meditation, breathwork, yoga and reflection / learning sessions for those who want to dive deeper. I generally offer a morning class (meditation, breathwork and yoga) as well as a slowly class in the evening (for example yin, yoga nidra.)

More info to come in due course! Feel free to register your interest below to be the first to know when I finalise details.

Yes I’m keen to find out more!

I was that kid who got up in the morning and did backbends and handstands! But with some tricky experiences early in life, I was also a chronic worrier and over-thinker. Finding yoga began my journey back to feeling safe and at home in my body and regulating my nervous system. Yoga is an incredible tool that guides our awareness and curiosity inwards, enabling us to see our own patterns, and lovingly bring coherence to our mind, body and emotions - bringing our intuition back online, and bringing a sense of ownership and agency to self-author our life.

I’m also a mum, a learner, connector, communicator, uplifter, curator, weaver, founder of Goodlife Collective, wellness consultant, and ‘idea-landscape-explorer’. At 17 I lived in Europe for a year on a Rotary exchange, and the lived experience of meeting people from nearly 20 other countries, showed me that wherever you are from, . I became passionate about psychology and healing, and returned home to study psychology, french and environmental design at Otago University.

I now work to contribute empowering ideas to our collective narrative, from differences to commonalities, from competition to cooperation, from fear to possibilities and hope.

In my career, I have over 20 years experience working in communications and engagement, and run Goodlife Collective - a platform in service of our collective potential.

I completed my 200YTT in 2019 with a true master of yoga Nico Luce.

I continually return to the four principles that Nico set out for our yoga cohort: from the book, ‘The Four Agreements’: “Be impeccable with your word”, “Do not take anything personally”, “Do not make assumptions”, and “Always do your best”. I’m excited to share the gifts of yoga with you!

Meet Your Host

Freda is passionate about creating a container for you to connect inwards, reflect and inquire, and evolve. As she loves to say in her classes, ‘our inner infrastructure builds our outer infrastructure.’ Yoga can be a potent tool to help us experience the power and impact of committing to the process, and to the practice. Practicing in a group does something exponential to our energy - this will be a magical experience that will demarcate a line in the sand of your year - where you are supported to reconnect with your power, your voice - with you x
