Where ocean meets silence, something within awakens
Fiji Yoga Retreat October 2025
Reconnect, Restore & Explore
Fiji Yoga & Island Retreat, Sat 25 - Fri 31 Oct 2025
This October, escape to the breathtaking Serenity Resort in Fiji for a 7-day yoga retreat (5 full days on the island) to renew your body, mind, and spirit.
We have lovingly designed this trip to create a space to allow you to open your heart and recharge your whole being. Set amidst the soundscape of waves gently lapping on the shore, and tension-melting tropical sunshine, we’ll begin each day with grounding meditation, and yoga in the fresh seaside air. Surrounded by tropical beauty, you’ll be supported to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home into your heart space and soul space.
More than a retreat, this is a chance to step back from the hustle-bustle, and reground into presence. Nourish yourself with fresh, local cuisine, connect with kindred spirits, and unwind beneath swaying palms. From ocean swims to soul-soothing rituals, every moment is crafted to restore balance and inner peace.
Only 20 places are available, so secure your spot today and gift yourself the space to reconnect with you, guided by an experienced teacher committed to your health, wellness and your dharma. Your soul will thank you.

Meet Your Hosts
Freda & Natalia are passionate about creating a container for you to connect inwards, reflect and inquire, and evolve. As Freda loves to say in her classes, ‘our inner infrastructure builds our outer infrastructure.’ Yoga can be a potent tool to help us experience the power and impact of committing to the process, and to the practice. Practicing in a group does something exponential to our energy - this will be a magical experience that will demarcate a line in the sand of your year - where you are supported to reconnect with your power, your voice - with you x

I’ve always been drawn to island life — the ocean, the warmth, and the nourishing rhythm that comes with slowing down. It’s where I feel most at home. With a splash of yoga and a slice of paradise, Fiji Yoga & Island Retreats was created to share this way of being with others.
I have a background in indigenous service design, and travel, water sports and crafts to keep me occupied.
I look forward to being back on island time with yoga and island enthusiasts, new friends.

I was that kid who got up in the morning and did backbends and handstands! But was also a chronic worrier and over-thinker. Finding yoga catalysed my journey back to feeling safe and at home in my body. Yoga is an incredible tool to gently guide our awareness and curiosity inwards, see our own patterns, and lovingly bring coherence to our mind, body and emotions - bringing our intuition back online, and bringing a sense of ownership and agency to self-author our life.
I’m also a mum, a learner, connector, communicator, uplifter, curator, weaver, founder of Goodlife Collective, and idea-landscape-explorer. At 17 I lived in Europe for a year on a Rotary exchange, and meeting people from nearly 20 other countries, I saw and experienced that we are so much more the same than different. I became passionate about psychology and healing - and studied psychology at Otago.
I now work to contribute empowering ideas to our collective narrative, from differences to commonalities, from competition to cooperation, from fear to possibilities and hope. I’ve worked for 20 years as a Communications Professional, and am increasingly engaged with Goodlife Collective - a platform to build connection, agency, and our collective potential.
I completed my 200YTT in 2019 with a true master of yoga Nico Luce.
I continually return to the four principles that Nico set out for our yoga cohort: from the book, ‘The Four Agreements’: “Be impeccable with your word”, “Do not take anything personally”, “Do not make assumptions”, and “Always do your best”. I’m excited to share the gifts of yoga and island time with y’all!
