When: Wednesday 10– Sunday 14 March 2027 | Location: Domu Retreat, Abel Tasman, Kaiteriteri
You know that feeling of being in your element: clear, energised, keen to grow, and fully you. You also know how easily the demands of life, the stress of uncertainty and constant change can pull you out of it.
This is your invitation to follow that pull to go deeper. To immerse and recharge in nature, connect with like-minded people, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Hosted by yoga teacher and somatic practitioner Freda Wells alongside ultra-endurance swimmer, speaker and ocean advocate Jono Ridler, In Your Element Retreat brings together yoga, ocean swimming, somatic practices, breathwork, mindset coaching, hot and cold therarpy, and immersive time in nature.
Set in one of the world’s most extraordinary landscapes, this is an opportunity to step away from the noise, come back to yourself, and reconnect with makes you feel most alive.
When we're in our element, we find our flow.
