Plans for September 2026? This year’s yoga retreat to Bali is designed to allow your soul to breathe, your shoulders to soften, and your heart to open. Our week will be a carefully held space to deepen your practice, restore balance, and reconnect with self, heart-wisdom, and presence. Each day we’ll weave together grounding yoga flows, guided meditations, delicious nourishing meals, optional activities such as group discussions on yoga philosophy, and plenty of time to rest or explore the island’s vibrant culture and natural beauty.

Why Bali, why September?
September in Bali is a dream. Warm golden days and balmy evenings, lush rice terraces alive with green, ocean waters inviting you to swim, and fewer crowds than the peak season. It’s the sweet spot: abundant sunshine, gentle breezes, and the island in full bloom. The perfect backdrop for yoga, reflection, and joy.

A Week for You
This retreat is more than a holiday; it’s a reset. Yoga means to ‘yoke’, to realign mind, body and soul. You’ll return stronger in body and lighter in spirit, with a deeper understanding of yoga principles and philosophy, inspired by new practices, and connected with a supportive community.
