Cocooned indoors, this feels like the appropriate weather for reflecting on autumn. Over summer as we hiked through Tōtaranui, named for it’s Totara trees (aka Queen Charlotte Track), through one gloriously green dense bush, I felt compelled to stop by the peacefulness emanating from my surroundings. My entire body soaked in calm and peace. This between my surroundings, and the incredible shift in my nervous system, I committed right there to forever decoupling my life rhythm from clocks, watches and calendars, and recoupling it to nature, to  Could  this be a deep intelligence that deserves our attention? </p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:'Liberation Serif', 'Nimbus Roman No9 L Regular', Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;letter-spacing:-.01em;">This moment inspired a decision to decouple my life rhythm from ‘time’  (watches, clocks and calendars) and recouple it with nature - seasons,  energy, and my inner experience. A switch from <a href="https://dobetter.esade.edu/en/time-kronos-kairos" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" style="color:#000 !important;">chronos to kairos</a> - concepts I first heard of on this <a href="https://onbeing.org/programs/taking-a-long-view-of-time-and-becoming-critical-yeast/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" style="color:#000 !important;">OnBeing podcast</a>.  Releasing striving and judging, to let intuition and energy lead more.  This commitment to giving space for my ‘inlook’ to balance my ‘outlook’ has led to the unfurling of some wonderful shifts in my world, as I really step into experiencing what it is when people talk about <em>surrendering</em>, and <em>allowing</em>. I’ve noticed that the wee voice in my head that I think is ‘another random thought’ - is my intuition gently nudging me, and have been choosing to follow it more, even when it doesn’t seem to make sense; with magical results. </p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;margin-bottom:0;font-family:'Liberation Serif', 'Nimbus Roman No9 L Regular', Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;letter-spacing:-.01em;">Wishing you a beautiful autumn fellow yogis and travellers, and I look forward to us crossing pathes again soon xx</p>
